I'm working on bagging my '84 Chevy.. The rear end is done and I'm starting to work on the front, and I was wondering if someone out there could help figure something out. I have a set of tubular lower a-arms that I am about to install, but I don't know if I need to also install a set of drop spindles to get the front end down. I'm trying to get the truck as low as possible in the front without Z-ing the frame and I don't want to buy a set of drop spindles if I don't need them. I've always driven 4wd's and so this is the first time I have ever tried to lower a truck, this is all new territory to me.

Thanks,Craig

CRAIG,
put on the LCA and see where the truck sits.

most likley since your not talkin about dropped coils your only going to see q 2-3 drop depending on the make of the LCA's.

you can put the front end on the ground without a Z, no spindles and even running a huge tire, huge like a 24 inch wheel with a low profile tire..
