I'm assuming these are machine pressed in, so any suggestions on how the f to get these out? Or am I going to have to take the arms somewhere to get the old ones pressed out and the new ones pressed in? I'm just changing them out. Thanks for any info.

you will need the use of a hydraulic press, or a ball joint seperating press, you can buy at parts stores. Its like a c-clamp that has special "rings" that let you press the ball joint out.

its a serious pain in the ass, i suggest just paying your local muffler shop like 10$ to do it, if you dont have a press to use.

And will the same tool press the new ones in?

you can use it to press the new ones in also. most parts stores will rent them also. I know autozone and oreillys rents them.
