99 toyota 4 runner??'s

A buddy of mine has 2wd 99 4runner automatic and looking to see how hard it would be to bag it to lay frame on 20's or even 22's? About how much he should expect to pay a shop to do this? thanks

it has a 4wd prerunner suspension so he will need a 2wd taco clip or build a full frame.....rear doors and jambs will have to be tubbed, firewall tubbed, and the rear floor will need to be raised for a notch to clear the axle.....there is a lot of work that will need to be done....its not going to be cheap
