Will an explorer dash fit in a ranger

I have an 1998 ford ranger standard cab and I went to the junk yard to see if I could get a replacement dash. I dont have the support for the dash either. They didnt have and good ranger dashes, but I found a 96 explorer and the dash looked to be the same. Will it bolt up to my ranger???? Thanks guys

Will work fine.. I actually got a dash cluster out of a 01/02 explorer dash cause it had the nice white face gauges. Good luck on the swap.. I had to put a heater core and mine and I tell ya I think I will freeze to death before I do it again.. Lol..

It looked exactly the same just making sure it would bolt up before I pulled it out.
