79 f150 efi sending unit

I have a fuel tank for a 79 150 that was laying around and was thinking of using it in my ranger project, does anyone know of a place that sells the efi sending unit for these tanks?

ya, not sure if the later 80s efi units will work in this tank

if its a steel tank, why not just put a sump in it and run an external pump? or im assuming you will want to use a factory gauge and running an efi motor with a carb'd tank. you could just run a carb'd pump to pull the gas out of the tank to an efi pump.
