Transmission question

Ok so I have a 1985 Toyota truck with a 22r and a 4 speed transmission and I was wondering if I could bolt on a five speed trans. If so would I have to modify the drive shaft and the mount for the trans. Also will I have to modify the floor for the shifter. Any help would be appreciated
