I have a Mod. I've been thinking through and the one obstacle I need to overcome is how to drill a couple 1/4" holes in rear quarter glass to attach a bracket or if there is an adhesive that is super strong and will glue a bracket onto glass I need to know.....

Well if the glass is tempered which I'm sure it is, your not gonna be able to drill it. The reason there are holes in quarter glass is from before then it gets tempered.
