how much does the trailer loaded with the truck weigh? how much does the tow vehicle weigh? whats the manufacture tow weight for the tow vehcle? those are the numbers that will tell you all you need to know.

external coolers dont hurt, my f150s cooler is half the size of the radiator lol.
