What is the best set up for the rear of a fullsize truck to do FBSS?

Uh, I would think just a 4 link with flexible ends would do the trick. Avoid the normal bushings that come on most links and use heims or something. Maybe a bag on bar setup with a longer length bars to get that lift you will want.

If your running the bags on the axle use some kind of super pivot or quality Heim joints. If your going to run the bags on the bars run one end of the bars with a regular poly bushing and the other end with a super pivot. The regular bushing will keep the bag from twisting the bar to one side or the other.
