16-18hrs a day a total of 6 days from the day it rolled in to the day it rolled out and a few days later a 1800mi roadtrip

the only prob I have with it is the front pops a lil before it will go all the way up do you know what could cause this?

Most time it is the cups sliding around in the frame pocket. A few dually/1 ton trucks I have bagged done this.

is it fixable? see what it does is it will come up about half way stop then it will pop and stand on up.

TowNasty use to do the same thing. The upper bellow gets wrapped around the center ring and the pop noise is it poping loose. Get someone to let the front up while you watch the front bag and you will see what Im talking about. Mine never gave me any problems but its anoying as hell!
