i doing a stock floor bodydrop on a 91 ranger reg cab. Im using the front i-beam setup cause everyone complains about it and say that they suck but this truck drove everyday. but my question is what is the best way to square you new frame rails up with your clip.

When you say clip, what are you referring to?
i-beams just make waaay more of a headache to work with.

take it from me, I stock floored my 91 ranger single cab with i beams on 20s. DONT DO IT!!! lol I ended up cutting the i beam clip after I built the frame and put the yota front end on. I tried it all, notched i beams, tubular radius arms with heims, etc...it just desnt work correctly. trust me it will give you more headaches than its worth. techinically, yes, you can do it and yes it will kinda work. I did it and it sucked. wasnt worth it at all.
