Mine was so bad the inbred sleeve and rubber came out but the outer sleeve is still in the what's the best way to remove them ? I thought about a saw saw and cut it

Take a fresh sawzall blade and cut thru the inner sleeve being careful to not slice too deep and damage the frame metal underneath the sleeve, rotate sawzall 180 degrees and repeat the previous steps. After you have completed this you will be left with pcs of bushing shell that will pretty much fall out leaving the frame ready for the addition of the new lower control arm sleeve.
