The new digs...

So, I finally got around to taking some pics of the new "Casa de Campy".

The landscaping is a little rough, but She's a jewel inside. Plus, I got a screaming deal.

I'm bringing the Bobcat home from work next week to start grading for the driveway, pulling tree stumps and just general clean up. Y'know, Homeowner stuff.

I even threw in a few pics of my '79. She looks like hell. Belive it or not, it was actually a running truck when I bought it. That's what happens when you have a lot of motivation, and not a lot of money.

So anyway, 1950 square feet, 1.3 acres, 3 bed/2 bath, etc., etc., etc.

I think I'm going to bolt the doors back on as well as the front clip and cover her up in the backyard until I can get to her ($).

So anybody up for a B-B-Q next weekend?

Yeah. I guess it used to be pretty nice, then he got divorced and said, "Hell with it".

I'm gonna clean her up, trim/remove the bushes and see if I can't get the grass to come back this spring.

Backyard looks like a good candidate for a swimming pool.
