I have a 1989 chevy silverado 1500, it's restored, interior and exterior. I'm looking to make it faster, but without losing too much mpg, I have $500. If that isn't enough to buy something new that will help then I'm most likely going to spend it on upgrading a system in it. What could I do to boost the spee/torq, while not losing too much mpg? If you have any other ideas of what I can do with my $500, please say so, but do realise I'm a full time student and have limited funding.
