Doored Questions...

After cutting of the rockers, do the supports left untied inside need to be tied back together or are you guys just plating the rockers and calling it a day? Is 1/8 plate enough for a toyota that is cut 1/4" from door that wont be dragging?

Hm i dont see the pics buddy. But anyways on my doored Rodeo i have 1/8" plate and i been driving it around a bit this summer and last. Been holding up fine to laying out on uneven ground. On my doored Toyota i have 1/4" plate rockers since it was cut to true door that was the only way to build back a mini rocker was to put 1/4" plate under the door.

I would think that 1/8" would be fine since you still have a bit of rocker to weld it to and your not planning to drag.
