Thanks guys. I try to always run the heim bolt vertical on the center of the upper link pivot. The heim is much stronger that way. The triangulated link is what centers the axle, so the load on the heim is horizontal. If you place the bolt horizontal, then heim can blow out the side. If you place the bolt vertical, the heim can not blow out the side... hence much stronger. Depending on the length of the link, a 3/4" heim with 5/8" misalignment spacers is good for more than enough articulation.
