Drag Link and Body Drop

Can the ball joints on the drag link be replaced?
Reason I ask is:
I cut my drag link to clear the oil pan after I lowered the engine
I just got everything back from powder coat and I noticed that the joints on the drag link have a lot of slop in them now.

I know I can purchase a new drag link with the bushings already in it...
That really does not help me considering i would have to modify it and I already have one that is powder coated

Any suggestions?
Can they be pressed out?

What year is the truck? From what ive been reading im seeing a lot of the hilux guys being able to rebuild the joints. Autozone or napa should have rebuild kits... if the guy behind the counter cares enough to look for them.

Upon further investigation its not looking good. The 4wd links are rebuildable and parts are easy to find but the 2wd SR5 links aren't rebuildable. It may be worth it to buy a new center link at around $100 anyways considering the rebuild kit runs anywhere from $25-50 alone.
