how hard is it to make a frame tank like that? did you measure how much it holds? how much of the frame is a tank?

Its time consuming but not hard. Pressure testing and finding all the little pin holes sucks, lol. Lots of drilling out the pinholes and rewelding them. The frame holds 5 gallons of air. The tank is only from the back wall of the cab rearward.

yea i bet finding all the holes suck but i like not having a tank.
