I'm currently doing a cylinder head and timing chain repair on my 1997 PD Courier (G6 engine) (rebadged Mazda B2600) and am chasing the following tension values. Hope some here is able to post a tech page from their workshop manual.

Tensioner guide rail bolts

Main bearing cap bolts
