still havent figured it out

So after changing put the water pump, head work, all top end seals, and doing timing several different times i don't have a clue what it is. It still acts like its off time and I have no idea what it could be...any ideas?

Mine turns over and tries to run, I've stumbled across what I hope is the issues now, the egr was gummed up with the oil it was burning, I've deleted and block off that and added the weber carb. Now its just a matter of the fuel pump, its doing goofy things
