First off, thanks for looking! I have an 87 b2000 that i use mainly as a jetski hauler/work rig. I don't know too much about it, but the carburetor went out so i did the weber 32/36 swap. It worked great, but i found a massive vacuum leak so i had to tear it down to fix it. after i put it back together again i noticed that the choke plates would not open or close, and only moved a small amount when i pulled on the throttle cable. I have a short video i took, any help would be much appreciated. I wanna get out on the lake!

Do you know what a choke is used for? It allows a cold engine to start, by restricting the air to the engine and allowing a richer mixture.. Does your car not start? If it's an electric choke, make sure you connected to a suitable power source... And learn how to adjust your choke...
