I ordered a pair of 2001 ranger headlights on Amazon:

and I went to my local auto parts store and bought a 2001 Ford Ranger headlight harness for 6 bucks each. They use a 9006 style headlight bulb, and there are many of them available for relatively cheap:

You can look in my pics to see what they look like when they are installed. No matter what anyone says, if you want them to actually function correctly as headlights (not shoot up in the air all cross-eyed and completey useless), they will stick out a bit, and they do not match the curve of the grille. That said, if you put the outside of the housing as far back as possible (no spacers or anything between the housing and the core support, you will end up with what I have in the pics, and they work just fine. I think they look alright. Hope this helps!
I'm not sure whats going on with the Tech section on this Website. I haven't been on in awhile, and it appears they moved to a new host, or just did a major re-organization. It takes awhile to transfer everything over when you do that, and it ends up breaking a lot of stuff in the process (links and such). Hopefully those get fixed, because the tech section was awesome, and it's really hard to find things when the title for everything is "wiki".
