Clutch Help

I was driving my 94 mighty max and lost power during acceleration, pulled over and put it in 1st gear and released the clutch to go forward and there was no acceleration. Clutch pedal was engaging a little high with no free play before it broke down,.. Any suggestions? I'm thinking my clutch is worn out,, (cable clutch) or do I need to adjust the cable for the clutch? 135k miles 2.4L,

Try adjusting your cable first then if that don't work then. It'll more than likely be your clutch
