91 automatic shifter loose linkage

My 91 b2600 automatic shifter is loose at the base mount, swivel point . Has anyone seen this and if the bushings or whatever is loose are replaceable? Thx.

I'll assume this is a DYI job.
I'm pretty good at dyi, but just wondering as I can get the top of the shifter removed. I'll keep fiddling with it.
