Im bagging my 89 b2200 and took out all the front suspension(t-bars, shocks, and bump stops). Then my wheel wels hit the tire which i forsaw so i cut a hole for them to come through and it still stops like it did with the wheel wels. I have 18" titan wheels with 215/45r18 tires. Do i need to take the sway bar out? Or what? Can some one throw me some ideas?

3 things I would look at, (1)remove the sway bar and see if it makes a difference. (2) tie rod end bind. Check to see if the tie rod ends are binding. They aren't made to move that much. (3) ball joint bind. Same as the tie rods, limited movement. I would say the sway bar and the ball joints have something to do with it.

Upper ball joints are binding. You need to pie cut your upper control arms to take some angle out of them.

Sure is. Whenever you lay one out without drop spindles you gotta "flip" the balljoints and pie cut the upper arms.
