If your 1984 Mazda B2000 has a MA motor (the one with a timing chain) at a minimum the exhaust is on the wrong size of the engine and there are probably other things that need to be looked at if wanting to swap in an F2 engine. If you have the FE engine, you should be able to swap in a F2, but it would be a lot of work for 5 horsepower. Other people on this board probably have better or more reliable information.
