Whats the best drop spindles?

Looking to bag my truck so I'm slowly gathering parts.. looking for the BEST drop spindles out there that wil accommodate 18" wheels.. also what tire size shall I run with no problems or having to flip the ball joints.. Mahalo in advance!

I'm Pretty sure there's only one type of drop spindles for these trucks they're 2 inch spindles and they use a different (s10?)lower ballpoint. I could be wrong tho
