lisence plate lights

How do I change the bulb on my lisence plate lights don't want to brake them so thought I'd ask

Depending on the bumper, you can push the assembly through the bumper and then quarter turning the base. I think the bulb is a 168 and it is a push-in. You should wear gloves and eye protection, and also spray some lubricant to make it easier to remove the bulb. It should pull straight out
