Doesn't look like you'd use a tire machine to mount them. More like a hydraulic press.

They should come split across the tread, and have a little tube of rubber cement. Just wrap it around the wheel and glue the ends.

You couldn't drive that shit anywhere except maybe on an airport runway.

i dont know about airport runways, cause when we flew out of atalnta in november it was bumpy as hell.. lol
