Looking at Lil J's wont help you any. LilJ's is a dually (suspension makes wheels sit farther outwards which reduces camber) with the wheels sitting almost outside the fenders and it is just framed.
Yours being a single wheel with a negative or very low positive offset wheel sit inwards more and causes the articulation of the suspension to be shorter, which == camber. If you took your wheels and suspension and put them on another dually it would have the same effects.
Here is a pic of my old Blue Caddy truck. My wheels had to camber inwards almost like yours do to clear the fenders when it raised up. Your situation is almost the same.
Only way to lose the camber is to install uniballs or raise the upper control arms. Doing this will reduce your tolerances between the tire and fender and may cause some clearance issues.
