So, I originally posted this cause I couldn't figure this out. Well, happy to report that it has been fixed. There was a little toggle arm on the carburetor that was placed on the wrong side of a switch. Moved the toggle arm, and it worked.

So, yeah, be sure to check if you have things in the right place folks!! At least that is my take away from it. Feel like an idiot, but at least I learned something.

Anyhow, it's beer o'clock!!! :D

I'd like to see some pictures of what you fixed. I don't think anyone would have been able to figure out this one over the Internet. At least it wasn't a clutch problem that turned out to be an installed backwards friction disc.
