Ive designed a trailer suspention to be bagged w/ 23'' of travel, but it has to be an enclosed trailer. And in unsure of how much weight it could handle. I gotta do some more number crunching and a few more ratios and ill know.
God help you all if i can figure it out, ill have the first ever 40' enclosed gooseneck laying out on 6 22'' semis
Hey DragNasty, do you happen to have pics of your setup? I am still looking at the best way to set it up. I am throing the idea of a Watts Link around too... I think it would be sick to have a Dually with a crazy solid toable rear end... with a totally polished Watts Link of course....
well i didnt wanna start a new post about bags so i just be the first one this year to ask lol what u guys think about using (4) slamm 72s in the back on a cantilever setup up? i already got the bags in my closet is why i ask i gonna buy 2 more for the front and have 6 of them on my dually , i figure it should be enough to lift about 12000lbs which is way more then i will ever haul im open to u guys dos and donts cause im a rookie in this game
hopnestly dont see the need/purpose of having 4 bags on the back, when there are bags and setups on the market to do it with only 2..... if you want to haul that much weight just set the susp up proerly and use 2 bags behind the axel.
if your worried bout weight, go behind or on top of axle, but get a bigger bag like the 2800 or i beleive there is bigger version from firestone and such, hell get a semi air bag and use that if the weight a issue
