about to Z, but stuff in the way

Ok, got my dually body dropped, and was about the Z the front, but some exhaust egr tube thingy is allready hitting my windshield wipper motor. Anyone know if that can be taken out and plugged?

I didn't have that problem on mine. Could probably have it rerouted but I would not remove it

I just removed the windshild wiper motor for now, i'll finger out how to rerout it later. LOL
