When the truck is bagged and the wheels are up in the fenders, how do you turn? I am assuming that the suspension is adjustable with inflatable bags and such. Then comes the question, where do you get your air? Do you carry tanks in the bed or do you have an onboard air compressor like a semi has or what? I'm totally new to lowering trucks obviously and most of the idiots here just take all but one leaf spring out and ride around with no suspension. I had a friend of the family looking at my truck and saw the spindles and the lowered rear end, and then showed me his truck and there was one leaf left in the back, and I have a bad back and couldn't get on the ground to look under the front and have no idea what he did there. When I asked him WTF, he just said he didn't have the money for lowering kits or bags!!!!

cut front springs, the CHEAP way to go low! Bags are adjustable with an onboard compresse,r valves and a tank. This is my first time working with air bags. it's a pretty simple setup really.

you have to raise the truck up when turning or you will rip the fenders off... there are two ways to get your air.. you can do like i did and just have nitrogen bottles in the bed and have them refilled or you can run compressors that fill tanks with air.. most guys hide these tanks under the truck so you never see them... and yea the cheaper and horrible way to lower anything is cut or heat the springs.. makes for a horrible ride

if not death! lol nothing like a heated spring snapping.

or if you tuck enough, you can still turn when riding low like me!

I use nitrogen also. And Id rather ride stock than ride bottomed out suspension.

The good thing about having a bagged ride..If it is done right it will ride like a Cadillac...My truck has 12 gal tank and engine driven compressor...tank fills up in about 3 min...

I tell people when they come in the shop and want me to heat/cut the springs to save their money/my time and just buy the right shit the first time...I can also turn with mine all of the way down...
