I can tell you cuz he bought it off me. Flip kit, belltech notch, and overload bags mounted on top of leafs behind axle. WHat else do you need to know?

thats about it. I noticed the trailer in his pic. After i did my flip, i seemed to have lost alot of tow capacity. Not that i didnt excpect to, just not that dramatic. My dad gave me a 17' boat that i have yet to take out. Just want to make sure i get the rite parts cause his truck is set up like mine. I also read where he hadnt had the shock extender brackets on (in an older thread) and was wondering how he lowered it without putting them on. My shocks bottomed out without them on. Question tho, do i still need the shocks on after i get helper bags, or can i elliminate them all together? Tattman

ok, well krewzlo was kinda right, over load bags with cnotch, but i cheated, i took out the FAT helper spring when i flipped it and added 1 inch lowering blocks from pepboys. still tows like a champ with bags, i didn't tow that big camper with it yet, but i had towed a few cars with a flat deck car trailor. the re6 bags are REALLY close with that helper bag kit, might wanna go with the re5 cause i think they are a little smaller in diameter. Oh yea, no shock extenders, i just cut the perch a little to allow for more clearance. Yea, your always gonna need the shocks no matter what setup you run. (i'm pretty sure)

Yup always run shocks. You should have no problem towing up to the trucks rating with a flip and bags. I ran that same setup on my 2000 crew dually when it was brand new. I towed a 24' enclosed car hauler with no problems, 10,000 lbs or so. The only spring I removed was the top one that utilizes the overload pads on the side of the frame. I also used 2500lb firestone bags and they were really close too. I didn't put the notch in either. So with the notch I would have even been better off but I couldn't cut up a $35000 truck when it had less than 850 miles on it.
