couple air ride ?'s for you guys

ok guys i have a couple ?'s for you about air ride. i never really paid to much atttention to air ride(hydro fan). i was wondering a few things. one thing is what do you think the best size bag for the fromt of my 99 f350 diesel would be, i figure 7" or 8". and on the rear, i want to pull a 5th wheel when i get the money for a nice trailer, what airbags do you guys run and see people running when they tow stuff? i was also wondering, where have you guys seen the best places to buy air ride stuf from? i know suicide doors istaking over the world, but do you know of any places that are better?

For the front you can use a conitech or slam.

As for the back I am going with a 12" firestone when I do mine, over the axle with a straight 4 link.




SD is probably your best bet good prices and service. There is also Gravitywerx.com who also is good and about the same.

Hit up lockone on here he can hook you up. I run the contitech triple stacks on the rear of mine and get tons of lift and I tow a 10000 lb travel trailer with my quad in the back no problem.

yea lock can hook you up.... i run a contitech on the front of mine, had firestone but the balloon to much and my brack caliber bolt would rub the bag when i turned. the back lock can tell you cause i dont tow that much weight with mine

Slams are the best for the fronts and either Slams, Contitechs, or the 12" Firestones are good for the rear.

i got slams on all four corners of my truck, i heard and told to go with slam orconitech for towing also

i just talked to firestone tech today and he recommended a 2107 for the back which is a sleeve bag at airride tech uses on the bolt on kit and is rated at 3200lbs each

I have the firestone 2600's up front and firestone 3100's out back and it tows good. I still pull fullsize trucks with no problem.

am i wrong with thinkin 2600's wouldnt be big enough for my heavy front end (f350 diesel)? i was gonna do a 7" at least. i want a nice soft ride

2600s will be enough for the front of that truck. it will take about 125psi+ to lift the front anyways.
