Ok new guy here. I'm changing my '91 fleetside into a dually and I want to run 22's. Is there a rearend I can use that will allow me to run 22's without widening my fenders or running the townasty wheels? I have a standard dually rear, cab and chassis dually rear, and a dually rear from a gruman delivery van(87 chevy 1 ton frame)?

measure from back plate to back plate(where the drums are bolts to) and you are looking for one that is gunna be around 44 inches.. im sure either the cab and chassis or the delivery van will work..

You can use either the cab/chassis or the delivery van rear. They are probably going to be really close in size and gearing.

but if he's going to run 4 semis in the rear then the rails will need to be shortened with a 44" rear end right??

if you use the c&c rear its almost a bolt on but the step van rear the spring pirches don't line up but they are the same rear's other wise

Do you mean narrow the frame rails? I think they are all the same. Hey Lock I read somthing in another post you wrote about using my standard fleetside front so I will be able to turn this pig when layed out.
