Spindles I usually use DJM or Belltech, but as far as lowered control arms, if you're bagging it, those control arms are pointless.. if you're sticking with a smaller wheel and tire combo that doesn't truly require new arms to allow for travel with less or no binding, I'd say just clean up the lowers, and at the very most run an aftermarket upper arm just for the simple fact that the balljoint angle is slightly different to allow alittle extra travel...

k thanks for the input, im not for sure what wheels he is gonna run, just has the stocks on it right now... so should be able to get away with just the spindles and then upgrade at a later time if he gets big wheels..

I did an 04 1500 with art uppers and beltech spindles(i think) lays on 24's. with out the lower arms the camber is kind of weird though.

i have a done a few 1/2tons with just spindles on 22s and had no probs... just wasnt for sure how the 1 tons were gonna be.

Ok real quick, it looks like the front end on the 77 has floating lower bag cups.

I am assuming the bags bolt to the lower cup, then just sit in the lower pocket. Then they bolt up at the top. I have been so spoiled by tubular lower arms this is become foreign to me now.

In all my years I have only heard of this, never done it. I always bolt my shit in. Anyone confirm the lower cup theory for me on these big ol trucks?

Also does anyone have a line on a price for tubular uppers for the 77?

Thx.

the "floating" cup is ok IMO cause the weight of the truck keeps them in place.... my only bitch about them is when you jack the truck up or put it on a lift you have to reset the cups(if you dump the air) back where they need to be.

Ya that's what I was thinking, thx for the help.
