Got my tax return and it's burning a hole in my pocket. Time to put a stop to the nosebleed status of the '77.

Who should I get my spindles from? Western Chassis has them for $299. what do y'all think?

I'm going to lunch and when I get back, Imma spend some money somewhere, so get to postin'.

Lock? Hook a brotha up!

Well, I called Lock and he vouched for Western Chassis. So I ordered me some spindles and a flip kit. Already got the springs and hangers thanks to my man Mathus.

For $199 I thought about going with AIM. I hear their spindles are fine, but I just couldn't bring myself to take the risk, what with their atrocious customer service and horror stories and all.

It just didn't sit well in my gut.

I'm good with spending an extra bill as long as I know the product and customer service is decent.

What's the drop on the western chassis?

I bought those spindles about 5 years ago, maybe more, before I knew all the horror stories. I can vouch for their compressors, I had that big one and it worked great. i ran it at 250 psi and it was only rated for like 175. A couple of times it went over 300. It did eventually just shear the motor shaft.
