Layin the front on a c1500 on 22's

What is needed to lay out the front on a 265/35/22? Aftermarket arms? I haven't looked at the truck yet but a buddy called and asked for some info. He said the tie rod arms are hitting which should just need to notch the frame for those but he also said the control arms are hitting the frame and is sitting about 3" off the ground. Any info would be appreciated.
