How much drop and clear 22's?

I'm wanting to set my truck up for 265/35/22's. It's a 99 CC. How much of a drop can you do on these and still clear? I figured 3" spindles and 2" springs would be too much in the front, but I can't find 1" springs. Any help?

there has been a couple of members that have done a 5/7 drop with 22's and said that it works.

Just bag it and quit screwing around...........

I keep throwing it back and forth. I've got some RE8's and a compressor that i'm going to use as a helper set up. I want to concentrate on getting some semi's before I bag it.
