ghetto, but help me

im thinking about cutting 1 coil off my front springs to get a little drop for cheap. im wondering how much drop that will get me? i think about 2 inches. its a 93 1500 gmc

yea you are probably looking at about 1 1/2 to 2 inches

and that wont really hurt my riding too much should it? i was looking and there arent too many coils exposed from the pocket they sit in... i dont want to make it SUPER easy to bottom out. i mean.. i understand lowering anything makes it easier to bottom out, but i dont want to be scared of a speedbump, thats why i only wanted a 2 inch drop in the front.

you should be fine if anything cut it in small amounts test it out and if not desired height pull out and redo

well mine has little pockets that it has to sit in, so i have to cut an entire coil for it to line up properly. no worries though. i plan on bagging it sometime soon, this is just to feel like ive gotten something done to that truck. its taking me forever cause im broke haha.

You can always use those little coil spring spacers if it's to much.
