Got a 2000 crew cab dually i am going to be putting hydraulics on. already got the hydraulic setup and got 22" alcoas on the way also. need to get spindles and a 4 link. probably gonna go with djm 3" spindles. but i dont know what i should do for a 4 link. i kind of wanna keep the gas tank where it is. if i do that i was thinking of running the lower link bars off the stock leaf hanger and then running a wishbone up above that will clear the gas tank. i like how the little shop of horrors did that green ccd. i also thought about possibly getting a suburban gas tank and put it where the spare used to be, but thats where i wanted to put the hydraulics.

what do you guys think? and where is a good place to order a 4 link suitable for a dually?

i considered a watts link...but i think thats just gonna run up the costs and ive heard they limit you on your lift. i think its more work than necessary. a triangulated 4 link should be just fine. wont be doing any side to side, just front and back up and down...

I run the djm spindles, work just fine. On the back I run a Air Ride Tech bolt on 4 link with panhard bar. Pretty beefy and made for our trucks. Doesn't come with a notch though and to lay frame you need to remount the bags as they won't work in their designed location. I run triple stacks behind the axle and it rides great, lots of lift, and tows anything I can put behind it, the 454 is the weakness.

Dude, you need to come over to the shop. Todd at Lowboy has the bed off his right now body dropped on 22s. He did mine which lays frame. Come over and Todd and can talk you through it!
