drop spindle front end crap

SOOOOO... i had ordered some drop spindles for my truck cause i didnt think i had them on already.
i thought i had asked someone on here what stamps ment what?
the ones that i already had on the truck had c3500 stamped in them and the person i asked said they were stock.
well i put my brand new djms next to the stocks to check it out and they look to be exactly the same.
this sucks!!!

anyone on here know of a way to lay out the front of these damn things without smaller cups and cut out the bag pockets?

also even if i were to do that i dont think that it will go any lower because when i have tried to jack up the whole front end (upper lower and spindle) with out the bags in. it stops at about the same spot as it does with the bags in.

tubular lowers will help. is your tie rods hitting the frame? also, does the lower control arm hit the frame close to the mounting points? you will probably need to do some notching so the suspension will travel further. loosen all the control arm bolts, upper and lower and relieve the bushings a bit and re-tighten them so you dont kill them. post a few pics of the setup bro. later, brian

i didnt think to check and see if the lowers were hittin the frame. or the tierods. thanks but yeah i got art lowers. i also have a problem with them i ordered some pp joints and they were wrong got ahold of air ride turns out they use a different balljoint so i used the part # they gave me and they seemed to work but not they are pulling out of the control arm. so i dont know what im gonna do as far as lowers now cause ive had a problem with these for a year now. i guess i could see if someone can make some for me that kick up a lil to right?

so i got home i didnt take pics cause i figuerd out all of my issues looks like.

the lower hits the frame where the bump stop is it is only like a 1 inch bumpstop but i would still have to notch just to lay out the front it looks like.
it also looks like the tierod hits.
and i need to get smaller cups and cut out the spring pockets.
haha so everything i didnt want to do i have to.
that sucks but ohwell
