The Energy Suspension bushings are good, they're loud and squeaky sometimes even if you grease 'em on install like you're supposed to but I don't let it bother me. I just mash the loud pedal some more.

Most of them don't come with the outer metal shells, you re-use your factory ones, so don't destroy them during removal. If you do, or if they're damaged from riding worn out for too long (unlikely unless it was literally ready to fall apart, 250K+ hard miles, etc.) you may need to pick up some stockers to gut.

Moog and TRW are the brands you want to look at for ball joints, tie rods, idler arm, pitman arm depending on what all you need. Beware there are (or at least used to be) a couple of different quality levels with Moog, they have a cheap imported line to satisfy the price shoppers, and the good stuff that costs more.

If your stuff was really worn out also consider probably time to replace your front caliper flex hoses, and repack your wheel bearings while also inspecting them closely for possible replacement.

BTW I also replaced my tie rod sleeves because they were cheap and I figured, everything else is new, why not get those too.

Do you have the part numbers for the MOOG upper and lower controle arms bushings and were do it get them from?

I dont think that MOOG makes bushings for the control arms. You will have to get them from Energy Suspension or a similar company.

Just go to your local parts store (preferably not AutoZone) and tell them what you are looking for and the brands you prefer.
