First off thanks for having me. Looks like a great forum. I bought my first dually last July to haul my son's junior dragster trailer and camper. The truck was lowered a bit already by the last owner, but not enough of coarse. Two inch drop shackle/hanger for the rear and a belltech drop spindle on the front, haven't looked closely enough yet to see if it's the 2 or 3 inch version. A bonus either way though. After searching the site I think a 5/7 kit would be about right with a pair of air bags to compensate for the camper and tongue weight. We raced a few times this summer and everything towed great. With everything on the truck the rear sits nice but when I take the camper and trailer off the truck raises back-up quite a bit. The front ride height is constant empty or loaded but sits an inch or two too high now. Tires are 225/75/16 (looking for 16in eagles). I'm hoping you slammed dually veterans will chime in and make this a no brainer for me. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts! Glen

I got a 6/8 on mine. I made my own flip kit and that alone lowers the rear 8'', then i got 3'' coils and 3'' spindles up front. The rear isnt a problem but the front rubs the inner wells when i hit bumps. I managed to mangle he front fenders a bit by hitting a bump when turned (thats why i have the flares on) I had to cut out a lil of the fender so they clear. On the rear i made a small step notch and built a tubular gooseneck bridge with 2500lb helper bags.
