Help me ID this chevy 1 ton suspension

Hey guys I have a couple of questions for you. I'm trying to ID the year of this 1 ton chevy dually chassis. It's mounted under a 56 ford truck. My plans are to convert this to a 5 lug and lower vehicle. I'm just not sure if I can bolt on control arms, spindles and brakes from a 1/2 ton truck,or if I'm looking at a MII suspension swap. Thanks for the help.

that is off a 73-87 chevy dually...its the same as my suspension on my 84....pics of said 56 ford

That was easy. So is there an easy way to get this thing down and 5 lug? Basically this truck was bought with the chassis already under it. It even has the dual tires out back. Powered by a mildly built 460 making just over 500hp. Should be a fun project.
