If it's a regular C3500 (not 3500HD) cab & chassis, the frame from cab-back is totally different, C&C uses a straight frame setup measuring 34" center to center to make it easier for the aftermarket to design utility beds, wrecker beds, shit like that for them. It also is dead-flat once the kickup behind the cab. You put a dually bed on there you'll have inner tire interference with the bed sides plus all kinds of fit issue due to the significant frame difference. Sure you can overcome it, just gonna be work.
Be easier to see if you just look at yours but maybe this pic will give you an idea of what I mean on the frame profile. See how it is flat across the top:
As far as whether the bed will fit wheelbase-wise, you have to determine what wheelbase you have. A normal dually regular cab has a 131.5" wheelbase. C3500 cab & chassis are offered in both 131.5" and 135.5" along with longer versions, too. Obviously anything other than the 131.5" will give you trouble. If the SPID label in the glovebox is still there & legible, it will have the wheelbase printed on it. Otherwise, you can try measuring from dead center of the axle, to behind the cab. The 131.5" wheelbase will be about 56", the 135.5" of course will be 60". That's an industry standard for the aftermarket beds, known as a "60 inch cab to axle"
