I've got my western 6 front and 8.5 rear. Will I have to remove the front inner fenders for this drop? I am running a 245 front tire 16 in I think. Anything I need to know for the rear? Will they send me a template to do the notch? After its down, whats the best tire size for 16 in rims to run?

You should not have to remove the inner fender wells but it all depends on the height of the tire you are running. Rear is simple and straight forward. You may or may not get a template for the notch.

225/75/16 or smaller should be a good size for you after it is lowered. Tire size all depends on how low your truck will sit. We have done several of these trucks and all of them have sit at different heights with the same lowering kit.

I had to make my own template for the notch.
