does anyone know how much clearence you would have with the 5/7 drop with the 16inch stock rims I dont want to scrape everything cant aford air bags

What size tire are you going to run on the 16s?

5/7 is Pretty low on static, if your tires are
to tall up front they will rub turning/bumps

I had 16's on mine and a 4/6 Static drop, it
would bottom out up front on bad bumps &
I was running a 225/75, so go lower profile.

Yeah I second the question, with stockers and a 5/7 how drivable is it? Tire size 225/75R16. Getting ready to static mine and I see some trucks that look low as hell and some that look very daily drivable. Are some guys cutting front springs? I'm looking at the belltech kit to do it right with helper bags.

I have herd from some people in town theres is the 5/7 drop and as long as you you use the kit and the required shocks it would ride fine i would rather here from some one who has it done

i have belltech 5-8 static drop 225 75 16 tires no problems but you will need air bags on the rear
bigcat   +1y
Why the bags on rear?

If you want to tow anything heavy you put helper air bags on the leaf springs to prevent it from bottoming out. All the flip kits I have seen make you do away with the overload leaf springs so ya need something.
